Introduction
In 2010 in northern California U.S.A., the IANSTRT was created. It included the six main Tibetan religions of: Bon, Nyingma, Kagyud, Sakya, Jonang and Gelug (BNKSJG).
H.H. The 14th Dalai Lama and other head lamas of the BNKSJG traditions, sent congratulatory messages officially recognizing and welcoming the IANSTR. The IANSTR holds an annual general conference and appoint a standing committee every two years. The Standing Committee consists of two members from each of the six Tibetan religions; a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Finance Director and Reporter with both senior and junior members in all criteria.
The main goal of the IASNTR is to actively increase awareness and understanding of the Non-Sectarian religions through introduction and discussions.
So we are serving great deeds to Non-sect religion for flourishing, success and everlasting. Example: On timely we recognized discussions and introduction about importance of being non-sectarian, evolution of BNKSJG, philosophical view and realization by gathering scholars, Khenpos, geshes, tulkus teachers and students. It’s achieving great result as we had announced in our website which is www.iantrt.org. Facebook: (Remed Chogyud Thuntsok) email: remedchodgyudthuntsok@gmail.com. You may visit it anytime.
Our main objective
If we look back to the history of our precious snow land in the middle of the 20th century, there have been immense changes in Tibet and to its culture same time changing the whole world. Even among the Tibetan people there has been some lack of trust, loyalty and bias toward each other including controversy between religions and Lamas due to fractions and partiality.
Under the kindness and guidance of HH 14th Dalai Lama and other official Heads of the schools of Tibetan Buddhism, hundreds of centers of Tibetan culture have been re-established and are flourishing. We have never given up and have never stopped moving ahead in the monasteries and Tibetan Buddhist centres.
Through past experience and future expectations we founded the IANSTR to help secure the Buddha Dharma under the guidance of the Head Lama’s. Through our own respect and cooperation using both wisdom and compassion, it is our wish to take a leading role on moving ahead with the changing times to provide a good example to all. Guiding
people on virtues deeds to improve and increase friendship.
Our project
Occasionally some may pretend or boast to show loyalty to their own group, seeking self and rejecting others’. They wear a mask and smuggle dharma and the good will of their lamas.
So we must stop this by challenging it together. That’s our aim and wish. We have to be justified that it is based on our truth of freedom, thereby guiding and protecting our religion, culture and language.
In the last six years through social service it has been a meaningful and beneficial series of campaigns and events.
Our goal is to be a construction branch of cooperation focusing on:
1: Develop intimacy between Tibetans by sharing joy and sorrow.
2: Sharing inner talking.
3: Sharing experience.
4: Sharing education and advice.
5: Carry out movement by cooperation and encouragement.
6: Educational Instruction.
7: Help for the depressed and poor.
8: Become a peaceful global organization by uniting different religious.
Finally, wishing and praying to contribute and establish dharma for all sentient beings.
With Best Wishes
International Association of Non-sectarian Tibetan Buddhism(IANSTR)
